中文摘要a simple turn-off fluorescent method was utilized to quantitatively detect cu(ii) which can selectively quench fluorescent dye molecules. addition of dna g-quadruplex into the solution significantly magnifies the discrimination, lowers the limit of detection and broadens the linear response range.
