Synthesis and in vitro anti proliferative activity of beta-elemene polyethylene glycol derivatives

英文摘要A series of beta-elemene monosubstituted polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivatives were prepared by the reaction of beta-elemene with aminated PEG and characterized by IR, H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR spectra. Their in vitro antiproliferative activities towards K562 cell and Hela cell lines were evaluated by a WST-1 method, showing that their antiproliferative activities were improved compared to that of beta-elemene.
