中文摘要Three-dimensional finite element models are presented to simulate the incremental press bending of T shape panel skins. The simulation results and the experiment results are discussed in this paper. In the process of incremental press bending, the skin shows elastic deformation while the rib has not only elastic deformation but also plastic deformation. The shape of the bent workpieces is determined by the plastic deformation of the ribs, which may cause the phenomena of warping or buckling after the workpieces being formed. Increasing the punch stroke, the possibility of buckling is more than collapsing, and the buckling regions generate from contacting area of the ribs and the punch.
