中文摘要The processing parameters of tube extrusion for super-alloy GH4169, such as billet temperature, tools temperature, lubricant, extrusion ratio and extrusion speed, have been determined by experiment in this paper. An appropriate temperature range recommended for the billet is 1080-1120 degrees C, and the temperature range of the tools is 350-500 degrees C. The microstructural evolution of super-alloy GH4169 during tube extrusion was analyzed. With the increasing of the deformation, the cross crystal grains are slightly refined. The vertical crystal grain is elongated evidently and the tensile strength increases along the axial rake. Glass lubricants have to be spread on the billet surface after heated to 150-200 degrees C, and graphite can be used as the lubricant on the surface of the tools. In this case the extrusion force can be reduced remarkably. Theoretical calculation formula of punch force during tube extrusion has been determined by means of slab method. The theoretical results of extrusion force given by the calculating formula approach to that of the experiment and the relative errors are less than 20%. The microstructure of extruded tubes is refined, and the grains dimensions are about 50 mu m, which is third of the initial billet grains.
