中文摘要(Y,Gd)(2)O(3):Eu(3+) nano-powders were prepared by forward-titration co-precipitation method and using ammonia as the precipitator. XRD, SEM and the fluorophotometer were used to analyze the morphology and characteristics of the powders. The results show that the near-spherical nano-powders with good dispersibility and fine particle size (30 similar to 60 nm) were obtained under the conditions of initial concentration of resolution, 0.15 mol . L(-1), system temperature, 0 degrees C, titration rate, 2 mL . min(-1), stationary, 12 h and adding 3% (NH(4))(2)SO(4) (mass fraction). When adding 3% (NH(4))(2)SO(4), the nano-powders' Luminescent has unproved and the emission intensity of (5)D(0)->(7)F(2) transition reaches the maximum.
