Structure, magnetic properties and coercivity mechanism of the Mo-spacered Nd(2)Fe(14)B/alpha-Fe textured multilayer films

中文摘要 | The structure, magnetic properties and coercivity mechanism of Nd(2)Fe(14)B/alpha-Fe multilayer films with Mo spacer layers are investigated. The influences of grain boundary roughness and the domain wall on the anisotropy field and stray field are considered in the analysis of the coercivity mechanism. It is found that reversal-domains nucleation is the dominant coercivity mechanism in textured Nd(2)Fe(14)B/alpha-Fe multilayers with Mo spacer layers. More interfaces introduced by increasing the period of the Mo spacer layers change the controlling coercivity mechanism to the domain-wall pinning in the demagnetization process. The calculation results suggest that the thin inhomogeneous region leads to the pinning effect on the domain walls, in agreement with the results obtained from recoil curves and the corresponding differential curves. |
