中文摘要 | Ball spinning has been used in manufacturing thin-walled tubes with small diameter. However, its parameters are always determined on the trial-and-error method. Peeling phenomenon may appear if the parameters like working angle are not selected properly. It makes the formed material crashed, curled, or even forced to cover the areas before the balls, and sometimes, it can make the working die damaged. In this paper, a series of experiments are performed to explain the problem of peeling, and the relationships among peeling and axial feeding rate, and the working angle are graphed. |
