中文摘要We investigate novel oscillating emission modulated by collapses and revivals due to nonlinear exciton-exciton interaction in a semiconductor microcavity. The analytical expressions of the light intensity for both the excitonic number state and the coherent state are presented by using a rotating wave approximation. Our results show that the revival time of the coherent state case is twice that of the number state, which may be useful in practical experiments to measure the quantum state of the excitons.
