中文摘要Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were synthesized by the catalytic decomposition of hydrocarbons using a floating catalyst method. Thin flakes consisting of aligned MWNTs were separated from the as-prepared products and then employed for the measurements of their field emission properties. The obtained results indicate that the aligned MWNTs are promising for field emission. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
