中文摘要 | TiAl-based alloys have received much attention in recent years since they are primary candidates for high-temperature structure material. In this paper, characterization of atomic structures of TiAl grain boundaries (GBs) and identification of a Ti2Al phase were performed on the atomic scale in combination of experimental observation and computational simulation. Using high-resolution electron microscope (HREM) observation and MS calculation, the atomic structure of an asymmetry large angle tilting GB has been characterized, which was named as a pseudo Sigma 3 (1 (5) over bar(1) over bar) [101] / / (1 (1) over bar1) [110] GB. Based on HREM observation, nano-beam EELS and EDS analysis and ab initio pseudopotential calculation for the cohesive energy of compound, the Ti2Al phase was identified. Its unit cell has the stacking sequences (Al,3Ti)-(Al,3Ti)-(Al,3Ti)-(Al,Ti)-(Al,3Ti)-(Al,Ti) with ABCBB'CB' order, which is different from the reported model. |
