中文摘要Microstructures of a directionally solidified cobalt-base superalloy after heat treatment were investigated. The solution treatment at 1280degreesC for 4h made the primary carbides dissolve essentially and the alloy became a single-phase supersaturated solid solution. Subsequent aging treatment at 750degreesC produced a profusion of secondary M23C6 precipitation throughout the matrix. The precipitation is heterogeneous. A number of dislocations and stacking faults were developed in the alloy matrix during air cooling after the solution treatment. They acted as a preferential M23C6 precipitation site. The precipitates on dislocations and stacking faults developed into string, band and rod morphologies, respectively. During aging at 750degreesC, recrystallization occurred and recrystallized subgrain boundaries were a favorable site of M23C15 precipitation.
