The influence of TiO2 center dot H2O gel on hydrothermal synthesis of SrTiO3 powders

中文摘要The SrTiO3 powders were synthesized from TiO2.H2O gel under moderate hydrothermal conditions. The influence of TiO2.H2O gel on the properties of SrTiO3 powders was studied in detail by transition electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the crystallization of TiO2.H2O had an important influence on the product particle size and particle size distribution. To get nanosize powders. the suitable crystallization of TiO2.H2O gel is essential. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
