中文摘要The high-temperature deformation capacity of a multiphase Ni50Al20Fe30 intermetallic compound. displaying dynamic recrystallization (DRX), is explored in a wide range of testing condition. This intermetallics exhibited superplasticity with a maximum elongation as high as 470% at 1023-1253 K and strain rates of 1.67 x 10(-4) to 3.34 x 10(-3) s(-1). The superplastic deformation mechanism is proposed to be the grain boundary and phase boundary sliding accommodated by dislocation movement and DRX The superplastic fracture results from the interaction of microcrack and cavities.
