中文摘要 | The splitting effect analysis of coherent electron micro-diffraction in beta-Ni3Nb phase perfect crystal was studied by dynamical simulation, and the pseudo-dynamics analysis was given to interpret the phenomenon. The perfect crystal character of micro-diffraction disk's splitting was confirmed for the certain thicknesses, so the splitting effects for faults and perfect crystal can be distinguished in the further dynamical micro-diffraction study.
