Temperature dependence of the moduli, specific volume, and sound velocities of vitreous and molten B2O3

中文摘要Based on a liquid-glass transition model a phonon-assisted structural transition between atomic configurations developed recently, the temperature dependence of the specific volume: the high frequency longitudinal and shear moduli, the hypersonic longitudinal and transverse sound velocities of vitreous and molten B2O3 are expressed directly or indirectly in terms of n(R), which is a concentration of structural component of B2O3 obtained by our phonon-assisted structural transition model to B2O3. All these theoretical results are in good quantitative agreement with the experimental data.
