| 中文摘要 | Atom location, by channeling enhanced microanalysis (ALCHEMI), was performed to examine the substitute behavior of Zr atoms added to a Ni3Al intermetallic compound. The results show that Zr has a strong tendency in the Al site independent of the composition of the host elements. |
