中文摘要New results of the self diffusion of oxygen in Fe3O4 obtained with a high precision SIMS at 1073 K are presented. They confirm the existence of oxygen vacancies and of oxygen iron vacancy pairs coexisting selectively with different kinds of iron defects. The possibility of measuring the isotopic effect of the two tracer O-17 and O-18 is also examined.
