中文摘要The amorphous phase is formed from as-solidified Al-Cu-Fe alloy powder, which is mainly composed of the quasicrystalline phase, by mechanical milling. The structure and morphology of the milled powders were monitored by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transition electron microscopy respectively. Experimental results indicate that quasicrystalline alloys are more easily amorphized than the corresponding crystalline alloys. No intermediate metastable phase appeared during the whole process. The crystallization behavior of the amorphous powders has been examined by thermal annealing and differential thermal analysis.
