中文摘要 | We have studied the electron-confined phonon interaction within a rectangular quantum wire with an additional parabolic potential. Formulae for the polaron self-energy and the electron effective mass along the wire are derived. Numerical calculations are performed for a typical GaAs quantum wire. |
