中文摘要Microstructures of (Nd, Dy)-(Fe, Co)-B based sintered magnets containing Nb and (Nb, Si) were studied. A CoNbB-type orthorhombic phase exists in both magnets. Finely dispersed Nb-rich precipitates were found within the grains of the principal phase (Nd, Dy)2(Fe, Co)14B. In a magnet that contains both Nd and Si, an additional (Nd, Dy)2(Fe, Co, Si, Nb, B)7 phase with Gd2Co7-type hexagonal structure appeared at the junction of three grains. The coercivity of this magnet was higher compared with that of a magnet in which Nb alone was added. The mechanism of coercivity developed in these magnets was elucidated in the light of the microstructures observed.
