中文摘要The oxidation kinetics of the Ag-Cu eutectic-5 at% Ti brazing alloy for metal/ceramic joints was studied by the TGA technique and X-ray diffraction. The results revealed that the oxidation resistance of the alloy was very poor, but can be improved by adding 5 at% Al to form an adherent protective CuAl2O4 film without sacrificing its excellent wettability, whereas small additions of Cr, Ni or RE were ineffective.
