中文摘要 | Structure and magnetic properties of (Nd1-xPr(x))2Fe14B1-yC(y) compounds with x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1 and y = 0, 0.5, 1 have been studied by X-ray diffraction, ac initial susceptibility measurements and by using the SPD (singular point detection) technique. Compounds with the Nd2Fe14B-type structure were found for y = 0, 0.5 and a R2Fe17C(x) phase with R2Fe17-type structure exists for y = 1. For y = 0 and 0.5, both the Curie temperature (T(c)) and the spin-reorientation temperature (T(sr)) decrease with increasing Pr content. Spin reorientations were observed up to x = 0.8. Substitution of carbon for boron results in decrease of T(c) and T(sr), whereas it enhances the uniaxial magnetocrystalline anisotropy field. An anomalous 4f-sublattice-composition dependence of the anisotropy field is found at 290 K for the compositions with y = 0 and 0.5 which may be associated with the valence instability of the Pr ions in these systems. The experimental results show that the substitution of C for B influences the 4f sublattice as well as the 3d sublattice. |
