中文摘要 | mercury ion (hg2+) is able to specifically bind to the thymine-thymine (t-t) base pair in a dna duplex and single-walled carbon nanotubes (swnts) can effectively quench fluorescence of the dye tethered to the dna, which enables fluorescent detection of hg2+ in aqueous solution with high selectivity and sensitivity. |
