中文摘要enzymatic manipulation of dna on well-dispersed gold nanoparticles (aunps) offers an ideal system for high-throughput screening of g-quadruplex ligands and evaluation of their selectivity with respect to duplex and quadruplex dna (see figure). this work has implications for the future use of nanoparticle-based technologies in the discovery of potential cancer therapeutic agents.
