| 中文摘要 | herein, we develop a novel single fluorophore-labeled double-stranded oligonucleotide (ond) probe for rapid fluorescence-enhanced k(+) detection, based on an inherent quenching ability of guanine bases and g-rich ond conformation transition from duplex to g-quadruplex. this probe presents high sensitivity and good selectivity for the detection of k(+), and the assay process is simple and fast. |
