中文摘要simple, rapid, reproducible capillary zone electrophoresis (cze) methods had been developed for the separation and determination of alkaloids in rhizoma corydalis and its preparation. four experimental parameters including electrolyte concentration, ph, organic modifier, and applied voltage were optimized. the optimum condition: 60mm disodium hydrogen phosphate and 55% (v/v) methanol, 24kv applied voltage, and temperature 30 degrees c. under the ph of running buffer (ph 4.27) and detection wavelength 214nm, tetrahydropalmatine was successfully separated. under the ph of running buffer (ph 2.80) and detection wavelength 254nm, palmatine was base line separated. the linearity between peak areas and the concentrations of the analytes were also investigated, and excellent linear behavior was obtained.
