英文摘要 | In this paper, a new water price mode, TPSWPM (Two-Part Seasonal Water Price Mode), is designed for water saving, sustainable operation and the maximum benefits of water transfer projects. The mode is also improved to make its use more practicable. The improved TPSWPM model is applied to the Yindajihuang (transferring water from Datong River to Huangshui River) water transfer project, the No. 1 project of Qinghai province. |
