英文摘要 | Acoustic signal detection using laser Doppler effect system to implement non-contact, remote, and high sensitive acoustic signal vibration detection was proposed. In the system, the reference signal of a Michelson interferometer was modulated by piezoelectric ceramics(PZT), the received signal was demodulated by the phase generated carrier(PGC) algorithm. Therefore, the system can improve the anti-interference performance and has the advantages of simple optical configuration and low cost. The parameters of the PGC algorithm were optimized according to the analytic form of the interference signal. The numerical results show that the optimum value of the parameter is2.63. Finally, the experimental results illustrate that the system can dynamically detect the vibration caused by sound wave and can recover voice signal from the received signal. |
