中文摘要 | this review highlights recent advanced researches on the assembly of various metallic nanostructures by oligonucleotide and plasmid dna. the obtained dna-nanoconjugates show many unique and attractive properties, while this review focuses on their properties related to sers detection. the applications of dna-based assemblies in sers detections were fully commented upon, for the detection of dna, proteins, small molecules, and metallic ions. finally, a concluding section is given, which covers the challenges and scope for dna assembled nanostructures as well as for the dna assemblies-related sers detections. |
