中文摘要 | the present communication demonstrates the preparation of 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octaethyl-21h,23h-porphine iron(iii) chloride nanoparticles (fepnps) by reprecipitation method. in a further effort, the potential application of fepnps was exploited as an effective fluorescent assay platform for nucleic acid detection. this assay system exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity down to a single-base mismatch. |
