| 中文摘要 | 提高科研仪器设备利用率是科研管理的重要内容之一,而信息化科研环境的发展为科研仪器设备的共享管理提供了条件,成为提高仪器设备利用率的有效手段。本文从信息化环境下建设科研仪器设备共享管理系统的体系结构、模块构成、建设内容、建设过程及其使用等方面依托实例论述了科研仪器设备共享管理的技术方案和应用。通过对信息化科研环境和仪器设备共享管理的分析,认为信息的不对称性和信息壁垒是制约信息化科研环境下提高仪器设备利用率的主要原因,而采用共享管理模式能够有效地解决这一长期存在的问题。同时,对于仪器设备及其管理者的考核评价提供了科学的方法,也为仪器设备使用者提供了方便、透明、公平的使用环境。 |
