| 英文摘要 | Two new cycloartane-type triterpenoids, glaucartanoic acids A (1) and B (2), together with five known compounds were isolated from the fruits of Caloncoba glauca. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques, by chemical evidence and by comparison with literature data. The new compounds were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines. (C) 2011 Phytochemical Society of Europe. Published by Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
