| 英文摘要 | Jinan is the capital city of Shandong province, China. It is a traditional Chinese city with a long history of more than 3001 years. Till 1985, the built-area was only 117 square kilometers. But in recent 20 years, the city expanded its urban area distinctly and has attained 176 square kilometers with a population of 2.97 million. Based on the data of urban land use obtained by remote sensing interpretation from aero images in 1985 and 2004, the spatial structure of Jinan city is studied in this paper with the lid of MapInfo and ArcView. According to the proportion of land for residence, industry and commerce, the urban district can be distinguished into 3 rings. Compared with the traditional theory of ring structure in western countries, they have many, distinctive characteristics. The main functions of the inner ring are residence, business and banking, but its proportion of residential land (more than 50%) is considerable high than cities in western countries. Land proportion for residence and industry in intermediate ring is equal on the whole. The main land of outside ring is for industrial use. The three rings can be also divided into several sectors respectively, according to the function of land use clusters. New trends and mechanisms of land use change impacting the urban structure were proposed in the end of the paper. |
