中文摘要A method for isolation and purification of Steviosides in leaves of Stevia. rebaudiana Bertoni was established by adsorption and desorption procedure of macroporous resins (MAR). Over twenty kinds of widely used macroporous resins (MAR) were critically evaluated and compared for enrichment and preparative separation of Steviosides. The results showed that LSA21 had the better adsorption and desorption behavior for Steviosides than other resins. After the investigation of separation conditions, the optimum parameters of adsorption and desorption procedure on LSA21 were obtained. Influence of concentration on adsorption capacity, the solubility of solvent to Steviosides and its desorption behavior etc, were analyzed and verified. Both the optimized process conditions and the verified theoretical questions presented a promising basis for large scale preparation of Steviosides.
