中国科学院知识库网格（CAS IR Grid）是中国科学院推进科研知识管理及其开放获取的重要实践形式之一。文章首先介绍了CAS IR Grid服务体系的建设背景、框架和渐进式推广建设策略。接下来阐述了研究所IR组织推广机制、政策框架参考模板、咨询与技术支持服务体系、技术平台建设等方面的主要做法和经验，并对当前研究所IR部署应用进展及CAS IR Grid集成服务门户的应用情况进行了概括说明。最后讨论了CAS IR Grid建设存在的主要问题和持续发展的方向。

The Chinese Academy of Sciences Institutional Repositories Grid (CAS IR Grid) is one of important ways of advocating open access to publicly funded research in CAS. The paper first introduces the context, the framework and the progressive stratigies for promoting IR services within the confines of CAS. Then it describes the practices and experiences involved in establishing organizational structure, designing policy templates, forming repository support  services, and developing repository software package. An overview of current development of  CAS IR Grid is also presented. Last, it looks at challenges and countermeasures as well as future directions of CAS IR Grid.
