| 英文摘要 | Linseed gum and Elaeagnus angustifolia L gum were obtained by purification separation from nature plants. Physical and chemical indexs, viscosity increase,emulsification and foam properties were studied. The results showed that Linseed gum and Elaeagnus angustifolia L gum can substitute Arabic gum. |
