英文摘要 | The device for point-welding by laser beam (6), comprises welding units with an optical axis (4) along which a high power diode laser (1), a beam-forming optics and a tube (3) are arranged, a component reception (8) in which the component to be welded is positioned to welding unit, and a means for producing a pressing force between the tube end turned away from the steel-forming optic and the component to be welded in the direction of the optical axis. The high power laser, the beam-forming optics and the tube are arranged to each other over a housing. The device for point-welding by laser beam (6), comprises welding units with an optical axis (4) along which a high power diode laser (1), a beam-forming optics and a tube (3) are arranged, a component reception (8) in which the component to be welded is positioned to welding unit, and a means for producing a pressing force between the tube end turned away from the steel-forming optic and the component to be welded in the direction of the optical axis. The high power laser, the beam-forming optics and the tube are arranged to each other over a housing. The interior circumference area of the tube is reflected for the laser beam. The beam-forming optics is arranged so that it forms a laser beam formed from the high power diode laser in a divergent laser beam in which the beam cross-section is adapted at the cross-section of the cavity of the tube through multiple reflection at interior circumference of the tube and the beam intensity distribution is homogenized over the beam cross-section. The welding units are produced in its number and its arrangement on the number and the arrangement of the welding point over which the components to be welded are connected to each other. The arrangement of the tubes results from the arrangement of the welding units through a metal block that is equipped with breakthroughs similar to the number and the arrangement of the welding point. The size and form of the welding point are pre-defined over the selection of tube cross-section in its size and its form. A contact pressure body is applied on free tube end of the tubes in order to receive a printing surface deviating from the tube cross-section and is a face plate or cross element. The contact pressure body is a planar plate connecting the free tube end of the tube from a material transparent for the laser beam. The means for producing the pressing force is a pneumatic cylinder with a pressure chamber and a cylinder piston. The pressure chamber is formed through the tube that is sealed at the beam-forming optics through a laser-transparent planar plate and the cylinder rod consists of laser-transparent material that adjoins on the component to be welded guiding in the tube. The pressure chamber is arranged above the housing and the cylinder rod is tightly connected over a tappet with the contact pressure body that is connected with the housing, which is movable at the stand over a linear guidance in the direction of the optical axis. The means for producing the pressing force is mounted to the tube mounted on the component to be welded with excess pressure. |
