| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the noise of a semiconductor laser by positioning the semiconductor laser and an optical disk so that the laser light of the semiconductor laser after being reflected by the optical disk does not overlap when the semiconductor laser starts oscillating. CONSTITUTION:The optical system between the semiconductor laser 1, and optical disk is shown in a figure. The semiconductor laser 1, a condenser lens 2 which converges the laser light into parallel light, a beam splitter 3 which guides the signal light from the optical disk 6 to a photodetector, the photodetector which photodetects the signal light from the optical disk 6, a condenser lens 5 which converges the parallel light on the optical disk 6, and the optical disk 6 are provided. A high-frequency current of 600MHz is superposed cutting a threshold value to attain oscillations with a light output waveform shown in a graph. |
