英文摘要 | PURPOSE: To supply biologically stimulating photons to a tissue layer at a deeper position in large quantities and with a higher energy density by arranging an array of sources of substantially monochromatic rays with a plurality of different wavelengths, preferably three or more, higher in output density. CONSTITUTION: An array of irradiation ray sources is arranged to contain one source or more of substantially monochromatic irradiation rays presenting a first wavelength of up to 830nm, one source or more of substantially monochromatic irradiation rays presenting a second wavelength from 830nm or more up to 900nm and one source or more of substantially monochromatic irradiation ray sources presenting a third wavelength of 900nm or more. The irradiation ray sources are so arranged that two or more of the irradiation ray wavelengths from among the first, second and third wavelengths directly or indirectly pass a single point simultaneously so as to be located in a tissue. To provide an irradiation beam modulated to a pulse with various frequencies, a beam oscillator 45 is connected to a beam power source 40 and is adjusted by an oscillator frequency adjustor 47 connected to the beam oscillator 45. |
