| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To hold the wavelength of output light constant by providing an optical detector which detects the intensity of monitor light, temperature detecting means and a cooling means for a semiconductor laser, and a temperature setting means which outputs the set temperature of the semiconductor laser, and controlling a cooler so that detected temperature equals set temperature. CONSTITUTION:The laser scanner is provided with the optical detector 10d which detects the intensity of the monitor light emitted by the semiconductor laser 10c, the temperature detecting means 10e and 20 which detect the temperature of the semiconductor laser 10c, the cooling means 10f which cools the semiconductor laser 10c, and the temperature setting means 24 which outputs the set temperature for holding the semiconductor laser 10c at constant target temperature according to the output of the optical detectors 10d, and the cooler is controlled by the temperature control means 24 so that the detected temperature reaches the set temperature. Consequently, even if the light output of the semiconductor laser varies, the temperature of the semiconductor laser is prevented from varying large and the wavelength of the output light of the semiconductor laser comes to constant to improve print quality. |
