英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum recording laser power value accurately by switching a recording signal for calibration to a minimum frequency component pulse which is included in an EFM signal to be recorded and a maximum frequency component pulse in time sharing. CONSTITUTION:A recording signal C1 is formed by a repetitive pattern of a total of 132 T periods using 11T and 3T only, namely three times for 11T pulse section, 10 times for 3T pulse section, 3 times for 11 pulse section again, and then 12 times for 3T pulse. As a result, the 'H' level and 'L' level count of each section are equal as in the 'H' section of 11T pulse 11TX3=33T, 'L' section of 11T pulse 11TX3=33T, 'H' section of 3T pulse 3TX11=33T, 'L' section of 3T pulse 3TX11=33T. Namely. a duty ratio becomes 50%. Then, a change in amplitude center voltage at the time of reproduction becomes steep, thus obtaining an optimum value of an accurate recording laser power. |
