| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To provide a unidirectional light transmission module capable of easily performing wavelength multiplex communications via one optical fiber with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A unidirectional light transmission module M1 has a transmitting unit 1, a receiving unit 2 and an optical fiber 22. Two types of semiconductor laser chips 19, 20 with different wavelengths and PIN photo-diodes 17, 18 for monitoring the semiconductor laser chips 19, 20 are die-bonded to the semiconductor laser package 16 of the transmitting unit 1, and a light deflecting hologram element 21 is fixed on the surface of the package 16. Two different types of signal receiving photo-diodes 24, 25 are die-bonded to the package 26 of the receiving unit 2, and a light deflecting hologram element 23 is fixed on the surface of the package 26. |
