Accordingly, this diode pumped solid-state laser can produce linearly polarized light. The laser also has a higher harmonics generator and an output mirror (partial reflection mirror) which reflects only a fundamental laser beam wave and transmits higher harmonics. Moreover, there is provided a fixing member assembly capable of easy and exact setting up such a directly coupled solid-state laser. |
