In one embodiment, an electronic transmitter and receiver are coupled to the semiconductor laser amplifier through an RF circulator. In an alternative embodiment, the electronic transmitter and receiver are coupled to the semiconductor laser amplifier through an RF power splitter with frequency or phase discriminating circuitry. |
