| 英文摘要 | A transmitter (1) for coherent optical communications is specified which has a laser array (2), a diffraction grating (6) or a prism and a modulator (5). The diffraction grating (6) or prism and the modulator (5) are disposed on the substrate (3) which contains a waveguide layer (4). The invention enables light from all laser-active areas of the laser array (2) to be coupled into the waveguide layer (4), thus making it possible to design a narrowband, high-power transmitter for coherent optical communications. |
