| 英文摘要 | In a laser diode module which can be coupled optically to an optical fiber, a laser beam emitted by a laser diode is focused by a lens on an end of an optical fiber. The lens is made of a plastic material and has concentric diffraction zones on at least one surface thereof. In a modified laser diode module, a planer diffraction lens is provided beside the focusing lens, and the planer diffraction lens has diffraction zones on at least one surface thereof. |
