英文摘要The dynamic behaviors of optically pumped quantum-dot (QD) spin-polarized vertical cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) subject to optical feedback is studied in this patent. Based on the modified version of the spin-flip model (SFM) equations, the bifurcation diagrams are obtained to analyze the boundary between stability and instability, and the different routes to chaos. The impact of internal parameters of QD spin-polarized VCSELs on the nonlinear behaviors are analyzed in detail. Furthermore, the nonlinear states found in the bifurcation diagram are better analyzed by combining the time series, phase portraits, and the attractor. 4 .2 3 a3 02.5 U 5 0 .
