英文摘要PURPOSE:To allow the perfect parallel emission of the pattern of the higher harmonic wave past the luminous flux shaping lens by aligning the central axis of the 1st circular cone of the luminous flux shaping lens to the central axis of the 2nd circular cone. CONSTITUTION:The luminous flux shaping lens 30 consists of a part 30a which is rotationally symmetric round an (a) axis and constitutes the 1st circular conical shape and a part 30b which constitutes the 2nd circular conical shape. The central axis of the 1st circular conical shape and the central axis of the 2nd circular conical shape are both aligned to the (a) axis. The Cerenkov light which is the higher harmonic wave emitted in the direction different to the different wavelength emitted by an optical wavelength conversion element 27 is converted to completely collimated beams of light in this way and the condensing up to the diffraction threshold is possible.
