| 英文摘要 | To obtain an inexpensive, high-power optical fiber output semiconductor device, an edge emitting type semiconductor element, a tapered optical waveguide having a structure for accommodating expansion and contraction due to a change in temperature, and an optical fiber are prepared separately. One edge of the tapered optical waveguide is butt-joined to an output face of the edge emitting type semiconductor element. The other edge of the tapered optical waveguide is connected to the optical fiber. |
