中文摘要Tellurium film was successfully electrodeposited on to macroporous phenolic foam with the assistance of a conducting polyaniline coating layer. The thermopower of the obtained macroporous Te film was measured. The dense and uniform Te film was composed of columnar crystals that preferably oriented along c-axis direction. The seebeck coefficient of the macroporous Te film showed a peak value of 342 mu V/K at 473 K.
